Things I do understand..
What do you know for sure?

A few weeks ago, I wrote a list of 70 things I do not understand. Believe me when I tell you, I could have kept adding to that list for a long time. And maybe I will sometime.
This week, I thought I might create a list of things I do understand—just to see where that goes. What do I actually understand?
I do understand that all the rules—spoken, unspoken, conscious, unconscious—are, essentially and fundamentally, made up.
I do understand that life was more barefoot summers outside in the sunshine before social media existed.
I do understand that bullies are driven by fear and insecurity.
I do understand that we all have our “things” that we love and obsess over and that mocking someone else’s “thing” is just sad.
I do understand that Lenny Kravitz will soon be 60 years old and has abs that defy gravity.
